2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address and the weight of your pet products. Estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 15 business days. Please note that delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), weather conditions, or holiday periods.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing detailed tracking information. Tracking details usually become available within 24-48 hours after the shipment is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress at any time.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check and ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout. Zachary Trading Co Ltd is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional reshipping fees may apply.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
